essentially a catalog of used, surplus, prototype and repossessed
equipment. The product index running down the left side of each page
is designed to look like the spine of a book. The color scheme is
green because Industry Surplus is a recycler. There is only one
small graphic used on each product page to facilitate speedy
loading, an important concern since many of the site's visitors come
from outside the USA and have relatively slow internet connections.
